Chelsea Theater

I also just highly recommend going to the movies in general (preferably with a large amount of popcorn and maybe a cherry icee). This local movie theater is especially delightful though. It's the sort of great indie spot that will be the only place around showing some weirdo movie you want to see (ex- Maddie's Secret). It also feels like more of a communal experience than my average trip to the movies. It's small, but has comfy seats. Watching The Substance there with a big group (probably a bunch of retired UNC professors tbh) was one of my best movie watching experiences ever.
