Garnachas Rivera

This is the best Mexican food truck in Carrboro! It’s probably the best food truck in Carrboro period (though when the Ethiopian truck comes to town it gets a run for its money). I don’t think I’ve ever had anything here that wasn’t delicious, but the tacos are particularly perfect. I am also a big fan of the tortas. It’s got a great vibe with picnic tables, music and a year round fake Christmas tree.
